I love getting stuck into design challenges. I take a user-centred approach and work with organisations to understand what they need to do. I then help them make it happen. I used to lead the design team at a digital agency and now tend to work as an in-house UX contractor. Clients include the Department for Work & Pensions, Sky, British Gas and the BBC.
